1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to Present & Profitable LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website at presentandprofitable.com, unburiedlife.com, and any other website officially operated by Present and Profitable LLC (the "Site"), applying to The Same page Method - UNBURIED Life Ongoing Support - ALL IN Immersion - Base Camp, or purchasing any of our products like the Present and Profitable BLUEPRINT or services including Truth Mountain, or Acceleration in Expansion, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Site or services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Present & Profitable LLC.
2. SERVICES OFFERED
Present & Profitable LLC offers coaching, training, and community support through various products & programs: DIY are one time purchases. DWY is monthly.
DIY - The Same Page Method - Provided for Parents to get on the Same Page with their money in 30 minutes a week.
DIY - The Buried Talent Book - Coming in Q1 2026
DIY - The Present and Profitable BLUEPRINT a self paced experience to identify the money leaks in your life and business at a foundational level.
DWY - UNBURIED Life Financial Leadership Reset, ONGOING SUPPORT - IMMERSION - BASE CAMP: Custom onboarding and monthly membership to implement your P&P BluePrint with help in a group setting to prepare you for the Truth Mountain Invite.
DWY - Truth Mountain: A 30-day foundational experience for building presence and clarity for potential expanding profitability.
1 0n 1 is by invitation Only and Additional Program Levels are: TRIBE Mountain, MASTERY Mountain, LEGACY Mountain (as applicable)
All services are delivered through digital platforms including but not limited to: a Private Licensed APP, Zoom calls, email, SMS, and private community access.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our Site or services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
4. MEMBERSHIP AND PAYMENT TERMS
4.1 Monthly Subscription
Ongoing Support - Base Camp and Truth Mountain operate on a monthly subscription basis at $997 per month as of 1/1/2026 (or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase).
Payment is processed automatically on the same day each month via the payment method you provide
You authorize us to charge your payment method each billing cycle until you cancel
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
4.2 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing [email protected] or through your account settings.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
You will retain access to services through the end of your paid period
No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of the month
4.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
If a payment fails:
We will attempt to process payment again
Your access may be suspended until payment is resolved
We reserve the right to terminate your membership for non-payment
4.4 Onboarding Requirement
All new members are required to attend a live onboarding session ("Orientation") as their first step into Ongoing Support & Immersion - in what we call our Base Camp Call. Base Camp infor will be emailed to you after purchase so you can plan to attend the new weeks Base Camp Orientation Call.
Orientation sessions are currently offered at the following times:
Sundays: 3:00pm - 5:00pm Eastern Time
Wednesdays: 10:00am - 12:00pm Eastern Time
Sessions typically run approximately 2 hours and may extend longer at the discretion of Present & Profitable LLC based on attendance and participant needs.
You are responsible for attending one of the scheduled Orientation sessions. We do not offer private or alternative onboarding times outside of the published schedule.
Present & Profitable LLC reserves the right to add, modify, or reschedule Orientation times at our discretion to accommodate demand or operational needs. Any changes will be communicated via email to members who have not yet completed Orientation.
Failure to attend Orientation does not constitute a breach of contract by Present & Profitable LLC and does not entitle you to a refund, credit, or extension of services.
Orientation is designed to set you up for success in your first 30 days at Base Camp. Your attendance is an essential part of your commitment to this process.
If you cannot prioritize one of the scheduled Orientation times, Base Camp may not be the right fit for you at this time.
5. NO REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Here's why:
Base Camp is only for those who are committed to getting new results—not looking for an escape from reality, but rather willing to look at their current truth to find the path to what they really want.
The moment you join, we invest in you. Your spot is secured.
Your Foundation Maps are prepared. Your place in the community is reserved.
This work requires honesty, vulnerability, and commitment. It will challenge you. It will confront what you've been avoiding.
Being offended is not an excuse to quit on yourself—it is a welcomed part of the truth-seeking process of letting go of the old stories we have lived with most of our lives.
We don't judge you in this place we call Base Camp. We help you see the real you and point you in the direction of the truth you are seeking.
If you are not willing to face what you've been avoiding, Base Camp is not for you.
If you are ready, commit. If you are not ready, don't join.
Kings and Queens don't test. They commit.
Once you register, you are making a decision to invest in yourself. We honor that decision by investing in you immediately. There are no refunds because this is not a trial—it is a commitment.
If Ongoing Support - Base Camp is not the right fit for you, you may cancel at any time and your access will end at the conclusion of your current billing cycle.
But the month you're in, you're ALL IN.
UNBURIED Life IMMERSION is an ALL IN commitment. 3 months that could potentialy change your life for the better. You will be invested in with time and money therefore there are no refunds for this program. We as the facilitators of Immersion reserve the right to remove anyone at anytime if we deem they are not a good fit for our community. We also reserve the right to prorate or deny a refund of any kind if we execute on this against one of our clients.
6. CODE OF CONDUCT
Ongoing Support - Base Camp is a community built on truth, respect, and radical accountability. By joining, you agree to:
6.1 Show Up With Honesty
Be truthful in your communications
Take radical ownership of your imperfections and your greatness
Do not perform—be present
6.2 Respect the Community
Treat fellow members (Kings and Queens) with dignity and respect
No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or abusive behavior
Respect confidentiality—what is shared in Base Camp stays in Base Camp
6.3 Engage Responsibly
Participate in calls and activities with intention
Complete Foundation Maps and exercises honestly
Do not record, screenshot, or share proprietary content without permission
6.4 Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
Use Immersion - Ongoing Support - Base Camp for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Share login credentials or access to provided tools with others
Spam, solicit, or promote unrelated products/services
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 Ownership
All content provided through Immersion - Ongoing Support - Base Camp and Truth Mountain, including but not limited to:
Foundation Maps, Freedom Maps, and the Pocket of Truth framework
Video recordings, training materials, worksheets
Proprietary methodologies and frameworks
UNBURIED Podcast content, graphics, branding
…is the exclusive property of Present & Profitable LLC and is protected by copyright, applied for trademarks, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 Limited License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use during your active membership.
You may NOT:
Reproduce, distribute, or sell our content
Create derivative works based on our materials
Use our content for commercial purposes
Share access with non-members
7.3 Trademarks
"The Same Page Method", "Present & Profitable," "UNBURIED Life," "UNBURIED Life Immersion", UNBURIED Life Ongoing Support" UNBURIED Life Base Camp" "Truth Mountain," "Pocket of Truth," and associated logos are owned marks or applied for servicemarks and or trademarks of Present & Profitable LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
8. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
When you participate in any of our programs from The Same Page Method - Base Camp - Ongoing Support - Immersion - the calls, community discussions, or submit testimonials, you may create content ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant Present & Profitable LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes. When requested, you will give Present and Profitable written permission before any of your user generated Content is ever used to Promote our products and services. You can deny the use of your user generated content, as we want to respect your privacy rights and would never use your likeness in promotions without first getting written consent to do so. Respect of privacy > promotion.
You retain ownership of your User Content but agree we may use it to promote our services (e.g., testimonials, success stories).
You represent that your User Content:
Does not violate any third-party rights
Does not contain false or misleading information
Complies with all applicable laws
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not guarantee:
Specific results, outcomes, or transformations
Uninterrupted or error-free access to services
That our services will meet your expectations
You acknowledge that:
Your results depend on your commitment, honesty, and effort to seek your truth and own it.
We are not therapists, licensed counselors, or medical professionals
Our coaching and guidance is educational, experiential, and entertaining in nature—but not prescriptive, diagnostic, or therapeutic.
If you need medical, psychological, or legal advice, consult a licensed professional.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRESENT & PROFITABLE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Damages arising from your use or inability to use our services
Any claims related to content, advice, or guidance provided
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Present & Profitable LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Your use or misuse of our services
Your User Content
Your inability to own your own results
Your being offended for being told the truth.
Your missunderstandings that lead you into victim mode.
12. TERMINATION
12.1 Termination by You
You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing [email protected].
12.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any programs immediately, without notice or refund, if:
You violate these Terms or our Code of Conduct
You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Your payment method fails and you do not update it as paid by the 25th day of being late.
In some cases we may provide you with a discontinue services notice (with 30 days' notice)this is at our discretion.
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
Your access to any program, paid tools, and all materials will be revoked
You must cease using any proprietary content or materials and private access to App will be revoked.
Sections of these Terms that survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) remain in effect
13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cancel your membership.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Arbitration will be conducted in Atlanta, Georgia (or remotely if agreed)
You waive your right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit
The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees, costs, and expenses from the non-prevailing party
14.3 Small Claims Exception
Either party may bring a claim in small claims court in lieu of arbitration if the claim qualifies under small claims court rules.
14.4 Injunctive Relief
We may seek injunctive relief in court to protect our intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized use of our services without first pursuing arbitration.
15. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Present & Profitable LLC regarding your use of our services.
17. AFFILIATE PROGRAM
17.1 Overview
Present & Profitable LLC offers an invite-only affiliate program for members who have completed 33 days of Ongoing Support - Truth Mountain and achieved meaningful results through their own commitment and effort.
If you love the results you've created for yourself and want to share this opportunity with others, you may apply to become an affiliate and earn commissions for qualified referrals. We offer this as a way to help you become more Profitable by sharing this opportunity with others—but only after you've climbed Truth Mountain and created results for yourself first.
Your results are your responsibility. You achieved them because you made a commitment to yourself and kept it. All we did was guide you along your path.
17.2 Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the affiliate program, you must:
Be an active member in good standing in Ongoing Support at the time of application
Have completed at least 33 days of Ongoing Support - Truth Mountain
Demonstrate results and transformation in your own life
Align with our values of truth, integrity, and Kingdom principles
Once accepted as an affiliate, if you cancel your personal membership at a later time you will still receive commissions for any active referrals you've generated. Commission payments continue as long as your referrals remain active members, regardless of your own membership status.
Acceptance into the affiliate program is at the sole discretion of Present & Profitable LLC. We do not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to only approve people who have done this work for themselves first, so they are referring other to a place they have already been.
17.3 Affiliate Conduct
If accepted as an affiliate, you agree to:
Promote with Integrity:
Share your genuine experience and results
Do not make false, exaggerated, or misleading claims
Do not promise specific outcomes or guarantee results
Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting
Comply with FTC Guidelines:
Follow all Federal Trade Commission (FTC) rules regarding endorsements and testimonials
Include proper affiliate disclosures (e.g., "I earn a commission if you purchase through my link")
Respect Our Brand:
Use only approved marketing materials
Do not misrepresent our programs, services, or brand
Do not spam, use unethical marketing tactics, or engage in illegal activities
You may not create your own marketing materials using our trademarks, branding, logos, or proprietary content.
We will provide all affiliates with a unique affiliate link to share.
Prohibited Actions:
Bidding on our trademarked terms in paid advertising
Creating misleading domains or social media accounts impersonating UNBURIED Life and or Present & Profitable LLC
Using unsolicited email (spam) to promote our services
Making income claims or guarantees on our behalf
17.4 Commission Structure
Affiliate commission rates and payment terms are outlined in a separate Affiliate Agreement provided upon acceptance into the program.
Commissions are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
17.5 Termination of Affiliate Status
We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate status immediately, without notice, if:
You violate these Terms or the Affiliate Agreement
You engage in unethical, misleading, or illegal promotional activities
We discontinue the affiliate program
Your personal membership cancellation does NOT terminate your affiliate status. You will continue to earn commissions on active referrals even after you cancel your own membership.
Upon termination of affiliate status (not membership):
You must cease all promotional activities immediately
You forfeit all future commissions from that point forward (but keep any commissions already earned and paid)
You may not modify our trademarks, branding, or materials.
17.6 Independent Contractor
Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or agents of Present & Profitable LLC. You are responsible for your own taxes, and we will not withhold taxes or provide employee benefits.

A brief description of your results and transformation
Why you want to become an affiliate
Acceptance is not guaranteed and is at our sole discretion.

19. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
